Computer Numerical Control Programmer

We are working with a growing manufacturing client in Upstate NY/Broome County NY, They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer Qualifications:• Hands-on experience programming with ESPRIT CAM software•Experience designing work-holding fixtures and cutting tools to support machining operations• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5• Experience creating detailed setup sheets for machine operators• G-code and M-code for milling and/or turning operations• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining strategies• Experience with CAD tools (Creo)• Ideal experiemce with AS9100 or ISO 9001certified manufacturing environment Responsibilities• Post-process CNC programs• Design fixtures and work-holding solutions• Select and specify cutting tools, holders, and tooling assemblies• Interpret customer engineering drawings and apply GD&T requirements• Produce tool lists, offsets, datum references, clamping diagrams, and first-piece inspection checkpoints• Implement opportunities for cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and process standardization**This role is onsite daily
