Facilitate efficient entry and exit to parking areas at Powder Mountain. Maximize utilization of available parking spaces by guiding every vehicle to a space.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor parking attendant staffAssist in scheduling of staffOffer training on how to design vehicle flowBe a source of knowledge for parking attendant staff.Clearly communicate using words and hand motions to safely direct vehiclesDirect every vehicle in to parking space to maximize lot utilizationDaily setup and teardown of parking lot signs and conesProvide excellent guest service and knowledge of information in all aspects of Powder MountainGreet and welcome guests as they exit their vehicleEnforcement of lot for payment or other parking violationsAssist with carrying guest equipment as necessaryCollect and recycle waste daily found in and around parking areasCalmly and professionally enforce parking lot rules and regulations to guests and employeesOther duties as assigned in various mountain departments needing assistanceQualifications2+ Previous experience in parking lot direction or traffic control - requiredProfessional experience working in a guest facing role - requiredFlexible schedule: work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as requestedDesire to work at 9,000ft in inclement weatherBe able to stand for up to 10 hours per dayCommitment to using UTA or having a 4x4 vehicleTeam player and striving for what is best for Powder Mountain's guests.Able to safely lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg)Ability to clearly communicate in English18+ year old.
