This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a critical role in guiding clients through the intake and onboarding process while ensuring exceptional customer service and ongoing support.The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and passionate about helping families access high-quality ABA services for children with autism and related developmental needs.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Intake & Admissions Respond promptly to new client inquiries via phone, email, and online referralsConduct initial intake calls and gather demographic, insurance, and clinical informationExplain ABA services, intake procedures, and next steps to familiesCoordinate onboarding documentation and consent formsMaintain and update intake pipelines and waitlistsVerify receipt of required records and documentationClient Care & Communication Serve as a liaison between families, clinicians, and administrative staffProvide compassionate support and timely communication to families throughout the onboarding processAddress client questions and concerns professionallyMaintain positive relationships with referral sources and familiesScheduling & Coordination Coordinate initial assessments and appointmentsAssist with clinician scheduling and client matchingEnsure smooth transition from intake to active servicesQualifications High school diploma requiredExperience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, medical office, or client coordination preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR systemsKnowledge of ABA therapy and insurance processes is a plusPreferred Skills Empathy and professionalism when working with familiesStrong follow-up and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and manage deadlinesTeam-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skillsBenefits Competitive payPaid time offHealth benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth within the organizationHow to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to
