Landscape Construction / Equipment Operator Bollinger Landscaping LLC | Fairfield County, CT$28–$32/hour, based on demonstrated experience

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience: drainage, excavation, grading and hardscape preparation.
• Strong truck and trailer skills: towing, backing, loading and properly securing equipment.
• Equipment operation: mini excavators, skid steers, Dingos and tractors.
• Grade/layout skills: comfortable using a laser level and establishing drainage pitch.
• Experienced snow-plow operator: capable of independently running a route; available during snowstorms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. CDL is a major bonus.
• Hands-on crew leadership: able to direct 1–2 workers, follow job plans and work without constant supervision.
• Willing to perform physical labor and assist with maintenance and holiday-lighting installations—not an equipment-only position.
