You will work onsite on a 1st-shift, Monday-Friday schedule (early start between 5am-8am) with occasional evening/weekend overtime. Your work supports production teams and supervisors in a high-safety, compliance-driven environment.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform disassembly, assembly, rework, and minimal testing of electrical/electronic equipmentUse electric soldering equipment to IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standards and perform conformal coating, marking, and adhesive bondingCut, prepare, and pre-tin wires; prepare batteries; apply finishing processesFollow written and verbal instructions and complete work per specifications and procedures under direct or limited supervisionInspect your own and peers' work to ensure conformity with drawings and customer requirementsMaintain a clean, orderly workstation and adhere to 6S standardsAssist other departments, perform additional duties as assigned, and support training/development tasksHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment or completion of OJT for at least 5 productsHands-on PCB assembly or rework experience (through-hole, SMT) and experience using hand tools such as soldering ironsAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and electric soldering gun; skilled at soldering, brazing, or simple welding tasksAbility to read and comprehend regulations, instructions, and company documents in EnglishProficient with applicable tools, equipment, and inspection aidsGood manual dexterity to work with small parts and ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbsWillingness to work all shifts and be available for overtime and weekends as neededMust be able to comply with Drug-Free Workplace policies and pass drug/alcohol screenings; this is a safety-sensitive role subject to random drug testingCandidate must pass a hands-on assessment to advance to in-person interviewHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience with MS Office SuitePrior experience in following IPC-A-610 or similar workmanship standardsPay Range$10.00 - $13.43/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
