Warehouse Associates Hire Up Staffing is seeking Warehouse Associates in Arvin, CA for an immediate fill-and-send opportunity! Assignment Length: 2-4 Weeks with Potential for Extension Job Responsibilities: Box finished products according to order specifications Ensure products are properly packed, sealed, labeled, and palletized Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping Operate pallet jacks and industrial pneumatic staplers Secure pallets using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, or straps Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic math and counting skills Team-oriented with a strong work ethic This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start immediately with the possibility of assignment extension based on performance.
