Machine Learning Engineer – San Francisco (On-site) Join a high-growth, Series A AI startup backed by top Silicon Valley investors, building an intelligent hiring marketplace powered by cutting-edge ML. What You’ll Be Doing: Build and deploy end-to-end ML systems in production Develop models across ranking, retrieval, NLP, personalization, and prediction Own the full ML lifecycle: data → deployment → monitoring Design evaluation frameworks for performance, bias, and impact Collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-impact features fast Improve experimentation, tracking, and ML infrastructure What They’re Looking For: 5+ years building production ML systems Strong Python skills + experience with PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, or scikit-learn Experience with large-scale data, pipelines, and deployment Solid understanding of evaluation and experimentation LLMs, RAG, or personalization experience is a plus Product mindset with strong communication skills What’s On Offer: $190K–$290K + meaningful equity High ownership with real product impact Fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong benefits, flexible PTO, team offsites Apply now for immediate consideration.
