Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX for a plastic blow molding Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure optimal performance during production. Daily tasks include operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring that all products meet company standards. The role also involves adhering to established safety protocols and collaborating with team members to maintain efficiency and quality. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and a solid understanding of MachineryExperience in performing Quality Control to ensure accurate and consistent resultsAbility to work with Hand Tools and perform basic maintenance tasksStrong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisorsAttention to detail and a commitment to workplace safetyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in machine operation is a plusPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred
