As a Shift Leader, you will play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for our customers and a safe, fun working environment for our employees! Duties: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliation Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable transportation to and from work Must be 16 years of age or older If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
