Program Specialist II

Job Description The Program Specialist II will use expert skills to scope projects, develop proposal documents, generate demand for services and training as well as ensure issues are resolved and kept within budget and timeline. The Program Specialist II will be familiar with validation documents and procedures.Your prominently developed skills in business process operations and improvement activities will be on display. Bring your established record of managing multiple and competing priorities along with your proven leadership and people management skills to an established leader in the Quality Management Software industry.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver weekly integrated status of all project related activities - including project status, issue resolution, risk management and financial statusConduct performance monitoring, information, and reporting; help diagnose root cause of problemsIdentify and escalate critical issues in timely mannerReview documentation and deliverables from project team to ensure quality delivery of servicesEnsure teams are taking corrective action as necessary to deliver complete scope, desired quality and timeliness of customer projects and strategic programsKeep team apprised via project plans, meetings and discussion minutes of project tasks identified, tasks to be completed, and work not completedAct as a single point of contact within the project for Support, Product Management and Research & DevelopmentSupport Sparta PMO initiatives and assist with relevant SOP updatesEnsure adherence to common processes, such as:o AGILE implementation methodology o Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE2+ years experience working with SaaS implementations.Must have strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) negotiation, influencing and relationship skills along with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.2+ years of demonstrated leadership within a matrixed organization, managing cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships2+ years of demonstrated experience working with Project Teams defining, estimating & scheduling project work to achieve project scope and ensure resource allocation is mapped to requirements2+ years Demonstrated experience managing project financials including the PO burn rate throughout the project lifecycleWE VALUEProduct Life-Cycle Management (PLM) process o PRIME implementation methodologySuccessful completion of Bachelors' degree or relevant business / information technology or equivalent experienceStrong experience with the MS Office Suite particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Candidates with Salesforce experience will receive priority considerationAgile Scrum CertificationWork experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Discrete Manufacturing highly preferredTravel is occasional as warranted by project work; frequency will vary depending on project requirementsExperience working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycleExperience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP and other business tools used in the execution of subcontracts management activitiesABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
