AP Supervisor

Lead the AP Team. Keep Vendors Paid on Time. AP Supervisor Hourly / Salary Range: $70,304 - $80,000 Why This Role Matters The AP Supervisor keeps vendor payments accurate and on schedule, directly supporting strong vendor relationships and financial controls. What You'll Do Supervise daily accounts payable operations and staff performance Review and approve invoice coding, vendor payments, and reconciliations Resolve escalated vendor disputes and payment discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls Partner with the Accounting Manager on process improvements and month-end close support What We're Looking For 4+ years of AP experience including supervisory experience Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls Proficiency with ERP/Excel Schedule Monday - Friday, standard business hours About Us CR&R Incorporated is one of Southern California's most innovative and successful environmental recycling collection companies.
