Marketing & Enablement Coordinator

Job description:We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Enablement Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on professional who can balance marketing coordination, sales enablement content creation, and executive-level support. The coordinator will be instrumental in building our marketing foundation, supporting sales productivity, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a career-path role designed to evolve into more specialized marketing leadership over time.Key Responsibilities Marketing Coordination (40%)· Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and webinars.· Manage content calendars, social media posts, and email campaigns.· Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives.· Maintain marketing collateral library (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).· Track campaign performance and assist with reporting.Sales Enablement (40%) · Create and update sales enablement materials (battle cards, pitch decks, solution briefs, FAQs).· Ensure messaging consistency across marketing and sales collateral.· Assist in building a central repository of sales tools for quick access.· Collaborate with Sales to identify content gaps and propose solutions.Executive & Operational Support (20%)· Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership (calendar, travel, communications).· Assist with preparation of executive presentations and reports.· Support cross-functional project coordination as needed.· Manage key internal documentation and ensure information is organized and accessible.Ideal Candidate· 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or similar roles.· Strong project management and organizational skills.· Excellent writing and communication skills.· Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Tech-savvy: experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, LinkedIn, MS Office/ Google Suite.· Self-starter with a “Swiss army knife” mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and collaborative.
