Inside Sales & Service Support

We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales and Service Support person in our Jackson, MS, Branch office. The Inside Sales and Service Support will perform the following tasks:Enter quotes into our ERP SystemProvide customers with price, lead times, etc. Communicating with our VendorsProvide Customer Service as neededFollowing up on Credit MemosReceive Parts shipped to the branch and stage them in the warehouseResearch partsProcessing TicketsManaging manufacturers' warrantiesOrganizing, managing, and following up with service ticketsJob Requirements3+ years’ verifiable experience in an Inside Sales or Parts role3+ years verifiable forklift experience Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and WordExcellent verbal & written communication skillsDetail-orientedAble to work independently and as a team playerOrganized, able to multitaskSelf-starter in a high-paced work environmentWork within established procedures and meet deadlinesWarehouse staging experience a plus
