Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Lead Manager located in Evansville, IN. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, drive sales and customer engagement, and ensure excellence in customer service. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, maintaining store standards, and providing support in executing company initiatives. This role involves fostering a positive team environment, developing professional growth among team members, and delivering a meaningful and luxurious experience to customers. Qualifications Leadership, team management, and mentorship skillsProficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and building client relationshipsSales experience, goal-setting, and ability to drive business successKnowledge of jewelry industry trends or luxury retail is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and problem-solving abilities for operational efficiencyFlexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidaysPrevious management or supervisory experience in retail or customer-facing roles
