Director of Finance & Human Resources$110,000 - $120,000A privately owned, growth-oriented organization is looking to bring on a Director of Finance & Human Resources to oversee both financial leadership and people operations. This is a newly established role designed to support the company's next phase of growth by creating stronger infrastructure, improving visibility into performance, and elevating internal processes.Reporting directly to ownership, this leader will take full responsibility for the company's financial function while also guiding HR initiatives.
