Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:Job Description:Perform activities in support of the Hartford Lubricants blending and packaging plant operation to ensure customer requirements are met in a way to support the company targets and goals. Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality goals at all times.Responsibilities:Demonstrate Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) due diligence at all timesReceiving, shipping, and moving materials and supplies around the plant, either manually or by mechanical meansOffloading, inspecting, auditing, and approving receipt of incoming raw materials to ensure timely and accurate stock and cost accountingPerforming necessary equipment adjustments to maximize production, safety, and qualityLoading finished product on transport trailers, in a safe and efficient manner to ensure timely deliveries and optimize customer serviceOrganizing and maintaining raw material inventory to ensure adequate stock and operating flexibilitiesPerforming cycle counting as necessary to ensure accurate raw material inventoryInterface with material management computer system (SAP), which includes printing production pick-list and production blend data, and be able to use the BAR CODE scanner interfaceCommunicate effectively with co-workers and external drivers during the shift and at shift relief regarding key process and equipment information.Willingness to adapt to schedule changes and/or overtime as needed to meet the customer demandAbility to work any assigned shiftCapability to operate a fork liftCommitting to and support the HSEQ policies and proceduresCommitting to and provide support for the goals and vision of the Hartford Leadership TeamMaintaining housekeeping in respective areaThe job task assignment associated with this vacancy is subject to change consistent with management"s right to assign work, including, by way of example and not limitation, reassignment for purposes of covering production requirements, coverage of absences or open shifts due to vacation, cross training, overtime coverage, job rotation to maintain skills and proficiency, and other legitimate business reasons.Enable Skills-Based HiringBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
