Plant Human Resources ManagerWarsaw, IN Area (Onsite)Adecco is partnering with an established manufacturing company to identify a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at a growing production facility in the Warsaw, IN area.This is a highly visible plant-level leadership role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation with approximately 200+ employees. The organization is seeking a hands-on HR leader with strong employee relations experience, leadership presence, and the ability to operate effectively within a production-driven environment.The ideal candidate will bring a balance of employee advocacy, operational partnership, and accountability while helping strengthen the overall HR function at the facility.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary HR partner to plant leadership, advising on employee relations, policy interpretation, and employment lawLead and manage all aspects of employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance managementDrive workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiativesSupport employee development, succession planning, and leadership coaching effortsPartner closely with operations leadership to improve workforce engagement, attendance, accountability, and overall plant cultureOversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR programs at the site levelManage Workers’ Compensation, leave administration, return-to-work programs, and related claims managementEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety regulationsSupport plant communication initiatives and overall employee engagement effortsLead and mentor site HR team members while helping strengthen overall department structure and effectivenessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5–7+ years of progressive HR experiencePrior manufacturing or plant HR experience strongly preferredStrong employee relations and employment law backgroundExperience supporting both hourly and salaried populationsStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence plant leadership and production teamsAbility to balance employee support with accountability and operational business needsStrong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skillsExperience working within fast-paced, production-driven manufacturing environmentsExperience with HRIS systems (Oracle or similar preferred)What This Role Offers:Opportunity to lead HR at the plant level with strong operational visibilityHigh-impact role supporting a growing manufacturing operationStrong exposure to plant leadership and operationsCompetitive compensation, bonus opportunity, and benefits packageLong-term career growth potential within manufacturing leadershipIf interested, please apply directly to joe.dombles@adeccona.com
