Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Nurse Practitioner at Axis Medical Pllc, located in Troy, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary and specialty healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses. Daily tasks include patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medication. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Qualifications Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningExperience in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic testsProficiency in prescribing medication as per state regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamworkAbility to maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement initiativesMaster's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited programCurrent Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensureExperience in a primary care or specialized clinical setting is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
