DocuSign Analyst

Overview As a DocuSign Analyst, you will support the Enterprise Business Systems team to maintain and improve DocuSign CLM and related contract lifecycle technologies. You’ll act as a bridge between business users, IT, and external partners to ensure CLM remains stable, efficient, and aligned with standards. You will analyze and translate complex processes into CLM configuration, workflows, and templates, and drive adoption through training and documentation. This role offers hands-on problem solving, release validation, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously enhance contract workflows. ResponsibilitiesProvide daily support for DocuSign CLM including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolutionCollaborate with business users to capture workflow needs, configuration requests, and enhancement opportunitiesMaintain CLM templates, workflows, routing logic, fields, rules, and document generation componentsDevelop and deliver end-user training and materials to drive CLM adoptionManage enhancement requests, defects, and optimization initiatives; coordinate with technical teamsPerform system administration activities (user provisioning, permissions, roles, groups, configurations)Support release management, regression testing, and validation of CLM updatesMonitor platform health, performance, integrations, and data quality; escalate risks as neededCollaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, Project Management, and EPMO to align CLM with standardsDocument processes, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge articles for continuityContribute to continuous improvement across the EPMO Enterprise Business Systems portfolio Key requirementsStrong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platformsExperience with DocuSign CLM preferredFamiliarity with DocuSign eSignature, workflow automation, document generation tools, and integration frameworksAbility to analyze complex business processes and translate into system requirements and configurationUnderstanding of workflow design, rules engines, and metadata structuresExperience supporting enterprise systems, including troubleshooting, testing, and change controlExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong organizational abilities in a fast-paced environmentcommunicationcollaborationorganizational skillsDocuSign CLMDocuSign eSignatureworkflow automation platforms
