GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for working with primary accounts on major projects along with GPCs development team, template designers, production staff, and outside sales representative(s). This position is also responsible for managing and overseeing the development, integration, and implementation of programs to meet customer specific needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinates and works with various account managers, template designers, developers, and production staff.
Works to resolve customer issues and seeks opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
Communicates daily with various customers on pricing, deliveries, headers, special art, and promotional details.
Researches and develops different substrates for signage based on customer specifications.
Attends corporate meetings to communicate updates and future promotional information.
Answers and follows- up on daily emails and phone calls from customers.
Monitors processes and performs quality assurance checks to mitigate the risk of production errors.
Communicates with intradepartmental managers and supervisors on any changes, errors, timelines on current and new products and programs.
Assists the sales personnel with assorted functions and needs when necessary.
Performs other duties as requested.

EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED OR PREFERRED
3+ years of experience in Account Management or,
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field, or
Combination of experience and education
2+ years of experience in the printing industry is preferred
