Position Description As a valued member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at helping Thrive provide world-class nutritional support to our customers. We are very specifically looking for candidates experienced and highly-skilled in both of the following areas of business support: Customer Support: Communicate with customers via email or phone. Administrative Support: Conducting research, data entry, and reviewing information. Though candidates do not need to have experience in all of the above areas, flexibility, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn new skills and ‘roll up your sleeves’ are all key to success in this team of smart, scrappy professionals. What You’ll Do This will vary based on your skills and expertise, but may include a combination of: Conducting internet research. Assisting with reviewing customer information and data entry Collecting and summarizing information within spreadsheets or other data systems. Managing email inboxes and coordinating with key contacts. Customer support communications and processes. Supporting administrative projects. Other business tasks as needed. Who You Are You have keen attention to detail, and perform quality work with speed. You are tech-savvy, and can quickly learn new tools and processes. You are a strong, proactive communicator and work well both independently and as part of a team. You are curious and eager to learn and master new skills. You are resourceful and can make smart decisions within ambiguity. You have grit, integrity, and resilience. You are trustworthy, conscientious, and confidential to protect privacy. You have a test-and-learn mindset, and you are flexible and adaptable. You are humble, receptive to feedback, and never afraid to ask for help. What You’ll Bring Excellent command of written and spoken English (spelling, grammar, and syntax). Strong organizational and analytical skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support and Administrative and/or Data Entry using basic level Excel or spreadsheets. Startup experience or experience in other scrappy, fast-paced environments is strongly preferred. High proficiency and comfort in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) is required. Time Commitment This role is equivalent to full-time and you must be available to work Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET/New York. Location This is a fully remote position. You can work wherever you’re most productive, so long as you have a quiet, professional space for calls. Compensation This full-time position pays $900/month USD.
