Job Title: Senior Power Platform Specialist / SMELocation: Washington, DC Job Overview:-We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level automation and digital transformation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with strong experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing low-code solutions for large and complex environments.Required Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)11-15 years of overall IT experienceStrong experience conveying both technical and functional concepts to business and technical stakeholdersExtensive experience preparing complex technical documentationProven expertise designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutionsStrong experience working within complex technical environments and integrating diverse technologiesExperience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or technical lead on enterprise initiativesPreferred Skills:-Enterprise architecture experienceGovernment or large enterprise project experienceProcess improvement and workflow optimization expertiseTechnical leadership and mentoring experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills
