Bar Supervisor

In addition, the Bar Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a strong presence behind the bar to assist staff and guests with bar, coffee, and other beverage related needs. Ensuring a successful high-quality experience for guests.Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.Must have the flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Takes inventory of coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beveragesMaintains cleaning standards for Dining Room and Tavern bar areasUnderstands bar service and operationsFunctions as a full-time bartender Assists in training new bartenders Trains staff on coffee, tea, and cocktailsContinued education on all aspects of beverageMust Comply With All Company Policies And Procedures.To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.Education And / Or ExperienceExperience in the hospitality industry preferredStrong knowledge of wine & spiritsLanguage SkillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managersMathematical SkillsBasic knowledge and understanding of mathMust be able to do property-wide guest charging and closing out of checksREASONING ABILITYMust be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals. PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift to 50 lbs.Must be able to be on feet for a long periodMust be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cartWORK ENVIRONMENTDining Room, Bar and Kitchen areas
