The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service healthcare management.Food Service Director Key DutiesSchedule and assign staff, prepare, and process department payroll and new hire paperwork.Ensure the food service operates within established budgetary guidelines.Ordering and purchasing.Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.Train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory compliance.Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.Performs other job-related duties.Food Service Director QualificationsCurrent ServSafe certification or we will provide upon hire. Certified Food Manager preferred.
