Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Title : Epic MyChart AnalystLocation: RemoteWe need someone that will be able to work on escalated MyChart support tickets from our support centre. The role will require contacting patients directly to resolve issues with their MyChart access.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent required.Experience: Overall, 9 to 10 years and Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience with MyChart, including editing system definitions, questionnaires, results release.Certification: Certification in the Epic MyChart module is required.Experience with Community Connect Projects.Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, pragmatic, and a collaborative team player.
