Digital QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated B2C Digital QA Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end testing of mobile applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints while working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases at speed.Key Responsibilities· Perform end-to-end functional testing across B2C mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications· Validate customer journeys including onboarding, authentication, checkout, payments, promotions, and account management· Execute regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing for frequent releases· Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements· Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve issues in a rapid deployment environment· Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives· Support release validation and production verification· Continuously improve QA processes and test coverage Required Qualifications· Experience in B2C digital testing (mobile and web platforms)· Strong expertise in end-to-end testing methodologies & Strong with SQL· Hands-on experience testing native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments· Strong understanding of customer experience flows and digital commerce journeys· Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems· Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-change environments· Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills· API testing experience using Postman or similar tools· Performance and load testing knowledge· Experience with CI/CD pipelines· Retail, eCommerce, or consumer digital platform experience
