Admissions & Marketing DirectorKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals and admissions. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations. Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents. Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, showcasing our facilitys services. Track and analyze marketing and admissions data to optimize strategies. Work closely with facility leadership to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.Admissions & Marketing DirectorQualifications:Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or business development nursing home or healthcare setting required. Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
