The firm offers a collaborative culture, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to work alongside a respected team of legal professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through all phases of litigation, including document preparation, filing, discovery coordination, and trial preparation.Draft, format, proofread, and e-file pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, scheduling, and case files to ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately.Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality and strong client service standards.maintaining confidentiality and strong client service standards.QualificationsMinimum of 4+ years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm environment.Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures, litigation deadlines, and legal terminology.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
