Senior Corporate Counsel

(EXCLUSIVE) SENIOR CORPORATE COUNSEL WANTED FOR FLOURISHING FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY (Alpharetta, GA): Our client, a well-established European-based financial services company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its Sales, Solutions, Operations, and regional leadership teams. This is a broad, generalist role offering exposure to a wide range of commercial, technical, security, and regulatory matters.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling corporate transactions and commercial agreements. Experience with software licensing, data privacy, cybersecurity, and fintech-related issues is strongly preferred. Key responsibilities include advising on sales and procurement contracts - spanning hardware, software, and professional services - as well as assessing liability and risk exposure. The role also involves supporting corporate, litigation, and employment-related matters as needed.Success in this position requires strong business judgment, the ability to operate effectively within a global, multi-office environment, and comfort in a fast-paced setting. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the Alpharetta office.
