Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Tallahassee, FL, for a ReBath Design Consultant. The Design Consultant will meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences, provide recommendations on bathroom design and materials, and create custom solutions to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Responsibilities include presenting design plans, fostering client relationships, managing sales processes, and collaborating with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships and close projects successfullyExpertise in Interior Design with a focus on creating functional, attractive spacesKnowledge of Furniture and Furnishings to recommend suitable products and materialsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactionsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in bathroom design and remodeling is a plusProficiency in design software and familiarity with remodeling project logistics is an advantage
