Project Engineer

Build, Lead, and Deliver High-Impact Industrial ProjectsElement6 Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer to support a growing portfolio of capital projects, facility improvements, and operational initiatives across client sites.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning projects from concept through execution, working across teams, and delivering practical solutions in dynamic environments. What You’ll Do· Support the planning and execution of capital and facility-related projects· Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements· Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to drive project progress· Serve as project lead or owner’s representative as needed· Manage project timelines, costs, and key risks· Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to expected standards· Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to support project success Additional Responsibilities· Support facility upgrades and operational improvements· Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives· Maintain clear and organized project documentation and records· Ensure alignment with applicable safety and regulatory requirementsWhat We’re Looking For· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)· 5+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or related roles·  Experience supporting or leading capital or facility-related projects· Strong understanding of project execution, contractor coordination, and scheduling· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment· Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred· Experience in manufacturing, construction, energy, or similar environments· Familiarity with project management tools or engineering design software· Reliability engineering experience a plus Why This Role· Opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple environments· Strong ownership and visibility in project delivery· Exposure to diverse challenges and cross-functional teams· Dynamic role with opportunities to grow and expand responsibilities Compensation: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)ApplyApply directly through LinkedIn or submit your resume for consideration.
