An international automotive parts manufacturing company is actively seeking a HR Payroll Specialist to join their facility near Madison, AL. Responsibilities of HR Payroll Specialist Process payroll accurately and timelyKeep record of PTO, attendance, FMLA or any payroll adjustmentsMake sure the company has updated employee records in systemKeep employee record, process documentation for personnel related, including new hire documents, training, termination documents, etcAssist on-boarding process and documentations, benefits on-boarding processMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain complianceAssist HR duties including interview process, employee relations, evens, engagement activities, or projects.· Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications of HR Payroll Specialist 1-3 years of experience in human resourcesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or related field is preferred or equivalent experienceExperience in manufacturing industries is preferredStrong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the teamAbility to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environmentExcellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task and perform duties time efficientlyTeam-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially ExcelWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
