This role is central to shaping the customer experience, driving growth across key accounts, and leading a high-performing team of Program Managers in a contract manufacturing environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding customer relationships, commercial management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from quote through delivery. Responsibilities of the Program Management Team Lead Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team. Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy. Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on-time delivery, and quality performance. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross-functional teams are aligned. Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations. Qualifications of the Program Management Team Lead Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in Program Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 2+ years leading teams. Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services. Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills. Experience managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution. Proficiency using personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-mail.
