Concept Designer - Contractor

You'll collaborate across departments to help shape the look and feel of immersive experiences for some of the world's most exciting brands. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, detail-obsessed designer who can own projects from concept through production.What You'll DoDesign high-impact creative for events, campaigns, presentations, and digital contentCollaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Experience Designers and Producers to bring ideas to lifeDevelop mood boards, visual directions, and final production-ready assetsContribute to concepting and design development for new business pitchesTranslate brand guidelines into fresh, on-strategy visuals across print and digitalWork efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesMaintain high standards of design excellence and brand consistencyWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or experiential marketing environmentExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)Comfortable using AI and Google WorkspaceStrong understanding of print production, digital design, and brandingFamiliarity with web design, UX principles, and platforms like WIX and WordPress is a plusExperience designing for luxury, fashion, spirits, or entertainment brands a plusExceptional attention to detail, organization, and time managementA compelling portfolio that demonstrates versatility, visual storytelling, and brand sensitivityNice to HaveMotion graphics or video editing experienceExperience working on site for events or activations
