Read below for more information!Assist experienced press operators with setting up commercial web printing presses and loading large paper rollsMonitor print production by checking ink, water, and paper levels while making basic machine adjustments as directedInspect printed materials for color consistency and print quality, pulling samples at scheduled intervalsSupport machine changeovers, clean printing equipment, and maintain an organized work areaFollow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and report any hazards or equipment concernsParticipate in hands-on training to develop the skills needed to independently operate commercial web printing pressesNo previous printing experience required; mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essentialAbility to understand simple written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team membersAbility to stand and walk for most of the shift while frequently bending, reaching, and crawlingAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and safely perform physical tasks in a production environmentGood close, distance, and peripheral vision to monitor fast-moving printing equipmentStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work while following safety standardsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
