Hi professionals;Job Title: Project Manager - OEE ImplementationRemote - ESTDuration:contractTop 3 Skills:8–11 years of overall Project Management experience, including full project lifecycle ownership; 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industryProven experience managing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) implementation projectsExperience delivering projects within a GxP-regulated environmentAdditional Information:Familiarity with manufacturing systems landscape (MES, data historians, IoT, enterprise integrations) is a plusPMP certification or equivalent preferredLead end-to-end project management of the OEE implementation, from planning through deployment and stabilizationDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across the project lifecycleCoordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical/solution architects, vendors, and operationsManage vendor relationships and deliverables related to OEE solution design, configuration, and deploymentTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, escalating proactively as neededEnsure project delivery adheres to GxP compliance, data governance, and IT security requirementsDrive project governance including status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communicationManage scope, change control, and integration points with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systemsSupport change management and end-user readiness activities for OEE rolloutEnsure project documentation (charters, plans, status reports, lessons learned) is complete and audit-ready
