Role Overview:
We are looking for a healthcare recruitment specialist who can also handle day-to-day operational tasks. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and coordinating clinical talent. Secondary support will include HR compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent:
Source and engage candidates for clinical roles (nurses, technicians, allied health, etc.)
Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate outreach
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and global teams
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support offer letters and new hire onboarding
Operations & Compliance:
Assist with unemployment claims and workers' compensation case documentation
Support employee record maintenance for payroll accuracy
Help coordinate state tax filing requirements (with training)
Partner with global teams to resolve operational issues as needed
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
2–4 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting for healthcare roles (hospital, clinic, agency, or home health)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with unemployment claims, workers' comp, or state tax filings
Experience working with global or remote teams
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
