Full Stack Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a *Fullstack Engineer* who can work across backend, frontend, AI, and cloud infrastructure. You will have significant ownership over the products you build—from defining requirements and designing solutions to writing code, deploying to production, and working directly with customers to measure impact. What You'll Do * Design, build, and deploy production-grade software end-to-end. * Develop scalable backend services and APIs using *Python*. * Build user-facing applications and interfaces using *React*. * Integrate and deploy AI capabilities including *LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, function calling, and multimodal AI*. * Work with cloud infrastructure across *AWS, GCP, or Azure* and containerized environments using Docker. * Design scalable systems, databases, and core infrastructure. * Work directly with customers to integrate solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes. * Take ownership of technical decisions from specification through production deployment. * Troubleshoot complex engineering and production issues. * Collaborate closely with founding engineers and other members of the technical team. * Help shape engineering practices and contribute to building the next generation of the team. What We're Looking For * *1+ years of professional software engineering experience*, preferably at a strong technology company, startup, or quant firm. * Strong backend engineering experience, particularly with *Python*. * Experience building and shipping *production-grade APIs, databases, and scalable systems*. * Hands-on experience applying *AI/ML in production*, such as LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, function calling, or multimodal AI. * Experience with *React* or modern frontend development. * Experience with at least one major cloud platform: *AWS, GCP, or Azure*. * Experience with *Docker* and production deployment. * Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from idea/specification through deployment. * Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent technical education in *Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field* is preferred.
