Role: Release Train EngineerLocation: Reston, VADuration: Long term Job DescriptionRelease Train Engineer Responsibilities:Plan and Facilitate the Program Increment SessionsSummarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparencyAssist tracking the execution of features and epics (How do we measure)Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART Leadership Sync, Scrum of Scrums (SoS) etc.Help manage ART level risks and dependenciesEscalate and track impediments for the teams in the ARTWork with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignmentFacilitate ART level Demos to all stakeholdersWork with the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence
