Materials Coordinator III: On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Materials Coordinator III for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Cushing, Oklahoma office. Materials Coordinator III - Job Description: This role involves providing coordination and operational support for materials storage, inventory, shipping, and receiving at our material storage warehouse. The position supports Enbridge construction projects and the inventory of operational spares for pipeline facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating material movements, inspecting shipments, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient operations. Materials Coordinator III - Responsibilities: Maintain administrative control of all materials movements in and out of the warehouse facility Coordinate flow of material in the warehouse and laydown areas Manage material receipts and staging of materials for use by Projects and Operations teams Verify accuracy of material ordered on purchase orders and coordinate with SCM and Project teams Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for material receipts and storage Consult with Project Management personnel to determine disposition of surplus construction materials Complete material inspections and submit weekly status reports Maintain contact with Supply Chain, Project and Construction personnel as well as outside vendors Materials Coordinator III - Mandatory Skills: Seven or more years of experience in Construction, Quality, and/or Supply Chain roles in the pipeline industry Experience using Supply Chain procurement systems and processes Material inspection experience with the ability to understand technical specifications and drawings Ability to work without close supervision Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic smart phone operations Valid driver's license Materials Coordinator III – Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience using Oracle and/or Maximo systems for materials receiving and order fulfillment Experience in the oil and gas industry Materials Coordinator III – Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position.
