Being an employee-owned firm, our team members are passionate about the company's success, which benefits our clients and business partners.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the educational, municipal, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ground-up construction projects for schools and government entities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, execution, and delivery for construction projectsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are metManage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectivelyConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standardsFacilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and governmental bodiesPrepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and managementIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomesEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to construction projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industryProven experience managing multifamily projects $20MM+Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. scheduling software, CMIC, Plan Grid)BenefitsCompetitive Compensation (DOE): $120k - $170kMedical coverage with company contributionDentalVisionHSA + FSAPaid time offPaid holidaysBereavement leaveEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Bonuses401(k) with company matchRoth 401(k) with company matchTuition Assistance Program...and much more!
