Our reputation for exceptional customer service and high-quality products has enabled us to grow to over 750 clients nationwide.Role OverviewImage Works is looking for a high-impact National Sales Director/Vice President Sales to lead our sales organization from our Madison, WI headquarters. This leader will manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals and BDRs, and will be responsible for scaling revenue through a combination of strategic coaching and modern sales technology.The ideal candidate is a "tech-forward" leader who has a proven track record of individual sales success and a passion for developing talent using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo.Core ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage, mentor, and hold accountable a team of 8-10 sales reps and BDRs.Sales Tech Management: Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including Monday.com (CRM), Apollo, and ZoomInfo, to drive outbound efficiency.Direct Reporting: Provide the CEO with regular updates on pipeline health, team KPIs, and revenue forecasting.Strategic Growth: Identify new market opportunities within the digital and print marketing sectors.Minimal Travel: Represent Image Works at 2–3 national trade shows annually.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated track record of hitting targets.Education: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
