Night Auditor/Front Desk

A Hotel Front Desk Agent serves as our guests’ first point of contact and manages all aspects of their accommodation.
Must have open and flexible schedule- be able to work weekends, holidays.
Task driven individuals, fast learner.
Reliable transportation.
Candidate must be able to handle cash payments
Very good communication skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Must have computer skills and be able to operate hotel computer system, take calls, provide information and Transfer calls
Knowledge of ONQ/ Hilton System is a plus but not required
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
Greet guests in a friendly manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment & ability to multi taskRegister guests and process guest and guide them to their assigned room and accommodate guest request
Handle guest check in and check out properly
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Manage accurate accounting of all room
Should be able to follow management instructions.
Communication with hotel staff on status of guest rooms
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests, or other large groups.
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Maintain neat and clean front desk area
Other responsibilities as assigned
