Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) – Full-Time Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is hiring a full-time Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) for our Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). This role is ideal for nurses who want a consistent schedule, strong staffing support, and a stable assisted living and memory care environment. What You’ll Do: Supervise and support CNAs and CMTs during your shift. Provide direct resident care, assessments, and interventions. Administer medications and treatments; maintain accurate narcotic logs. Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. Complete timely electronic documentation and report condition changes. Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.
