This role is responsible for ensuring strong product ownership and delivery quality across all features and initiatives, turning company strategy and product vision consistent, high-impact execution.The role serves as the primary bridge between Product Strategy and Product Delivery, ensuring roadmaps are both ambitious and executable, and that learning from customers, engineering, and the market continuously feeds back into strategic planning.What You’ll DoProduct Delivery LeadershipOwn the product operating model, including roadmap planning, sprint/release cadence, PRD standards, and launch readinessPartner closely with the Product Strategy team to translate product vision and market direction into clear, prioritized, and deliverable roadmapsEnsure strategic initiatives are broken down into well-scoped, owned, and sequenced product work across Product Managers and Engineering teamsEnsure every initiative has a clearly accountable Product Manager, defined success metrics, and a delivery planDrive consistency and quality in how work is scoped, built, tested, documented, and releasedTeam Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Product ManagersSet clear expectations around ownership, communication, and pace, leading by example through your own product workProduct OwnershipPersonally own a core product area or strategic feature set end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and iterationLead high-impact initiatives, platform capabilities, or enterprise integrationsWork directly with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to validate problems and solutionsCross-Functional ExecutionAct as the senior product execution partner to Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success, working alongside our Product Strategy teamResolve prioritization conflicts, manage dependencies, and remove blockers across teamsRepresent Product in customer, partner, and leadership discussions related to delivery and roadmapExperienceWhat We’re Looking For8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years managing Product Managers and cross-functional rolesDemonstrated experience in player-coach leadership roles with direct product ownershipBackground in high-growth startup or scale-up environments, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareExperience working on AI-powered, data-intensive, or workflow-driven products strongly preferredSkills & AttributesStrong product operator who leads by example and sets a high bar for ownership and qualityExcellent people manager with a coaching mindset and clear, constructive feedback styleHigh work ethic and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsClear, confident communicator across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholdersStructured, pragmatic thinker who balances customer value, delivery reality, and business impactWork Location & FlexibilityThis position is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations work on-site 3-4 days per week.The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
