Structural Welder (Start ASAP)

Structural Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled MIG Structural Welders to join our team and contribute to commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in welding heavy structural steel components and proficient in MIG welding techniques. You will work closely with fitters and fabricators to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Job Details Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 4:30pm (Some Saturdays might be needed) Located in Cocoa, FL (Local position, No per diem) Pay $23 to $28 to start Full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and weekly pay) Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild and heavy structural steel. Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately. Weld heavy structural steel components used in various projects. Utilize wire-fab guns, torches, grinders, and magnetic drills effectively. Collaborate with fitters and fabricators to ensure quality workmanship. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding on heavy plates. Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. 3+ years of structural welding experience. Skill in operating overhead cranes, forklifts, or rigging equipment. Capability to fit, align, and weld structural components like beams, columns, bracing, and connection assemblies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with fabrication and fitting. Knowledge of structural steel processes. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cocoa, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
