HVOF Thermal Spray Grinder

Job Summary: Location: ATC Tulsa, OK | Onsite ATC Group is a fast-growing aerospace MRO specializing in HVOF thermal spray, engine mounts, landing gear, and structural components with four locations in the U.S. From teardown to takeoff, our teams restore flight-critical parts for commercial and defense customers worldwide. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings as ATC maintains a drug-free workplace. Responsibilities include managing daily job tasks, meeting deadlines, ensuring maintenance documentation is accurate, and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience within aerospace or high tolerance grinding experience. Benefits include a matching 401(k), health insurance, and optional dental and vision coverage. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday scheduled between operating hours of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Duties/Responsibilities: Precision grind and finish HVOF-coated aerospace components to print Operate ID spherical grinders Hold tight tolerances and surface finish requirements Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools Work closely with spray techs, quality, and production to keep parts moving Qualifications: 3+ years aerospace or high-tolerance grinding experience Experience with HVOF coatings or hard coatings preferred Ability to read aerospace drawings and work independently Quality-driven, safety-minded, team-first attitude Compensation and Benefits: The starting pay range for this position is $27.00 to $32.00 per hour. DOE. This position is eligible for both overtime and quarterly bonuses.
