This individual will assist with a variety of administrative duties, including the following: Assist with payroll processing and accounts payable (A/P) functions, as needed Engaging in customer billing and collection of past due accounts Facilitating onboarding for new hires and ensuring completion of required documentation Organizing and storing information in digital form Tracking signed proof of delivery Assist with creation of Certificate of Insurance Processing field Travel & Expense reports Handling the administration email inbox Responding to incoming calls with excellent customer service Assist with contract management Provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators This is a full-time hourly position.RequirementsBasic Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in office administration or similar Ability to prioritize, work on multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines while prioritizing quality and accuracy Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment Showcases strong oral and written communication skills Possesses a bility to effectively connect and collaborate with employees at all levels Displays excellent customer service skills and maintains professionalism with all vendors and customers Exhibits impressive organizational skills and attention to detail Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams Has a track record of maintaining consistent punctuality when arriving for scheduled work hours D emonstrates proactivity, a strong willingness to learn new skills, and ability to adapt to new challenges Preferred Requirements: Experience within construction industry Degree in communication, accounting, business administration, or similar field of study is preferred Local to the Knoxville metro area preferred This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.BenefitsAt Performance Contracting our employees are our greatest asset.
