Our profit-sharing program gives you a direct stake in the success you help create * Meaningful exposure to leadership, process design, and operational decision-making * Direct involvement in major system upgrades that will shape the future of the finance function * Potential sign-on bonus for the right candidate! *What You’ll Own* * Play an instrumental role in building the next generation of the company’s accounting systems during a pivotal transformation * Shape and refine accounting processes that improve clarity, efficiency, and scalability * Lead, coach, and support a small accounting team, fostering accountability and growth * Take ownership of core accounting areas including fixed assets, depreciation, and intercompany activity * Partner with leadership to strengthen month-end close, financial reporting, and operational decision-making * Support construction accounting across multiple entities and serve as a key financial partner to operations, helping shape decisions that impact project success and profitability *What We’d Like* * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field * Strong accounting background with supervisory or lead-level experience * Experience in construction accounting or experience working with a robust ERP environment preferred but not required * Experience with system implementations preferred * Strong communication skills and the ability to support change management during periods of transition * Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to take on broader responsibility Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
