Must have a car, and must be reliable.We are seeking a capable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support our wonderful Individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life.Responsibilities Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressingAssist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercisesPromoting independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure.Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities.Maintaining knowledge of the individual's requirements.Complying with the Agency's policies and procedures.Maintaining documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures Additional duties upon requestQualificationsPrevious experience in a DSP or similar role.High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalentCPR and first aid certification.Completion of the provided Agency trainingValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MDAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand proactively and physically support the individualCapable of using a smartphone.Compassionate, respectful, ethical
